It moves all the "read" mail messages to ~/mbox |i picoed 'mbox' and it is just an amalgamation of all the mails i have in |my inbox... pine -f /home/ahmedf/mbox .. and you can view all the mails in pine. The mails in your /var/spool/mail/ahmedf will only be unread ones. |why does it do that? any ideas? it does it only if the file ~/mbox is present you must have done something which created that file (tried out mutt ??)
