Well ask the customer service department of ur ISP for the primary and
secondary server's ip address or better still look for the above in the
manual provided by ur ISP, if any.
Then add them in the resolv.conf file in the following format.

nameserver    <primary server ip address>
nameserver    <secondary server ip address>
