I intend installing Jabber on Red Hat Linux 7.2. I got a file Jabber-1.4.1.tar.gz from the net. I gunzipped and untar it.Next i gave the command ./complile in the terminal. I got the following ./configure:pth-config command not found. I guess there is a problem due to which make will not run properly. What can be done in this context.
