I think the man is on a dialup ... Fix would be to get a leased line (or
at least a cablemodem with static IP, if such beasts exist in Goa) and
have MX / A records available for ho.dempos.com as well, (and run a pop
+ smtp server there with authentication for roaming users)

Of course, given the existence of a leased line he might find it easier
and better to dump mailhosting by this linux-hosting.com (aka Indialinks
I think) and run his own mailserver.
