Thanks Goutam,

       I don't know much of Office 2k, nor excel. I noticed this
ODBC thing in excel. Just wondering if it would manage the  for-
mulae within the cells correctly ... I have  NIL  experience  on
this score ... I can manage the postgres  end  though  if fields
are correct. Will give it a try after these "Holi"-days :-)
