Get a DLINK DMI 128i+ PCI ISDN TA.Dlink products are easily available in 
India (Your vendor would probably get stock from Goa).DMI 128i+ costs 
arond Rs 5000 (internal TA card is cheaper than external one).
When kernal loads HiSax will detect it.isdn4linux i4l package needed.A 
simple script will have to be created to make the connection using isdnctrl.
