vsnl.net.in machines run postfix - and are actually pretty good.

the mail.vsnl.com / mail.vsnl.net / sancharnet etc machines run NMS or 
iPlanet, suck bad.

vsnl dialup pools are mostly all in the maps dul ... so your mail has a good 
chance of bouncing if you do this.
