it is good.  so is courier

it is a bit bulky though - and stores mail in its own (slightly weird) format.  
courier uses "maildir+" (maildir with some tweaks by Sam Varshavchik) ...

cmu-sieve is a lovely filtering mechanism though - but you can always use 
"deliver" (again by Sam) along with courier imap, instead of procmail
