Hmm, interesting. I personally (speaking as Raj Mathur) wouldn't call
Mukund's post commercial, but am open to discussion on it. Ideally
speaking person X should contact person Y for commercial support
because of conviction of person Y's technical competence through
reading the list over time. On the other hand a niche area like RT
control of hardware doesn't have enough volume of discussion to really
be able to form a decision about who's competent and who's not.
In any case I'd not label someone else's product/service dubious
unless I could make it stick in a court of law, or at least the court
of list.
