OK I ended up using flex as I don't know perl well. After spending 2 hours I 
was able to convert fortune signature files to pegasus signature files, as you 
can see, I started using sigs since yesterday..;-)

. Of course the later stuff with pegaus still needs be done. But it was a good 
refresher for flex.

Thanks for all help. I didn't wanted to write sed sommand that span more than 
half screen, where backspace won't work and it's difficult to embedd them in a 
script. A small flex program did all the job...

If anybody needs that program/precooked pegasus signature files, write me 
offline. So far I have zapped startrek/linuxcoockie/definitions as I don't have 
much time to explore others..
