i took the file from this link
http://www.tldp.org/LDP/solrhe/Securing-Optimizing-Linux-RH-Edition-v1.3/cha
p29sec247.html


httpd is the binary that he is calling directly.

so what i did was i replaced httpd with
/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd

and even then it gave me the same error.
