Ajay will have to just process mailq, run fetchmail and than kill wvdial or
whatever from /etc/ppp/ip-up.local

/usr/sbin/sendmail -q -v -v
/usr/bin/fetchmail -e 15 -t 60 -v -a -f /etc/fetchmailrc -L /var/log/fetchmail.log
killall wvdial
