Are they actually bouncing mails?  The best way is to ask to see some logs
from eth's mailserver.  Or better still, not to use eth's mailserver, but use
softhome's server with smtp auth / pop before smtp.

and install it in win9x partition ...  It gives explorer like 
interface. WARNING! Write to ext2 is still alpha ..  use with
caution ... ext2 partition read is 100% safe.
