S SANJU i am not an expert but i seem to remember that 6.x distros of RedHat
gave a lot of problems with the display on 810 and 815 mobos. given that and
the fact that the p4 will work on an even newer mobo, i don't think RH 6.2
would install. have you tried just text mode during install ?
