There are many , It depends on your choice and needs. SquirrelMail 
is not a front end for qmail in a perfect sense, qmail doesn't 
care what MUA you use to read the mails. SquirrelMail is a web based 
MUA which fetches the mails from the IMAP server.

vpopmail is a add on to qmail . It just makes handling virtual domains
easy.
