New to qmail, have installed qmail-1.03 sucessfully,
migrated from sendmail over to qmail. Very smooth
transition. Well, it is just my desktop :)
Now the queries
1. When I telnet localhost 25 and type the help command, the
response directs you to a qmail website. Can I change it
to something different... something like "Not supported"
2. The header carries the line
Received: (qmail nnnnn invoked by uid nnn) date, etc
I think this line gives away a user's uid. Very certainly
this will help in tracking down misuse, etc... still,
is there a way I can change it.
I RTFMed several manuals, FAQs, Googles but could not find a
helpful hint.
Request you GNUrus guidance - either to relevant pages where
I can find info. Info / tips on the platter are ever welcome
