You will need a custom filter that will match that string in the header and drop incoming mail based on that. Quickinspirations.com has no reverse DNS, so you could possibly have your mail admin do this for you. If this is your ISP mailbox, tell your ISP to take a more stringent antispam stance. Tell them to at least use spamassassain, if not orbz, spews and others.
(Or you might just write a procmail script to devnull these, but thats not a good solution for users on dialup).
