Anyway now working fine.
But one thing is there.
I think we are using service.switch file only if we have smart host.
my server working using following configuration
define(`confBIND_OPTS',`DNSRCH -DEFNAMES')
FEATURE(nocanonify)
any body can send their comments.

That may be because of DNS lookups. Check for the following in sendmail.mc
FEATURE(`nocanonify')
Also if you have got /etc/mail/service.switch then check the order
hosts dns files
aliases files
