Hmmm, Ralf Hildebrandt has posted a sample config for this in the postfix
archives.

Does this handle outgoing mail only, or incoming as well (postfix has no way
of distinguishing between incoming and outgoing mail).
Having separate incoming and outgoing mail servers is a good thing, IMHO.
