If you want images and such, you could spawn konqueror, mozilla, galeon
or whatever you like.

Or forget it, there's always w3m-img (a w3m offshoot which does render
images inline).  http://www2u.biglobe.ne.jp/%7Ehsaka/w3m/index-ja.html

My wife would, I'm sure, kill me if I tried to admire a new lady just
because she wore a new bra. Hell, trying to find out if that new lady
was wearing a bra, and if so, what kind, would get me -

* slapped by the new lady
* thrashed by the general public
* divorced by my wife

So - you like that girl, you marry her :)

Ah. No, I don't go around playing 31337 and generating message-ids on
your own is a stupid thing at best. Easier to let the mail client /
mail server (or at least, an smtp client module set like MIME::Tools)
handle things.

Fed up of typing password for every login as an user on stand
alone boxes ? Use chpasswd ... As root type in:
#echo 'username:' | chpasswd [Note the colon : after the user
name]. From the next login onwards with that username, [Enter]
needs to be pressed on the password prompt ...
