it seems anybody doesnt have 
come acrosss a patch/hack/tool 
to attach email disclaimer
it can be even useful add.
for e.g. website. etc.
please direct to some tools
for attaching email disclaimer,
for external-only or internal only or global
disclaimer which can solve any purpose.
