Quoting *Binand Raj S.* - Day# 241, 2002:
> Well, let me put it this way - if a mail reaches my inbox, then I am the intended
> recipient, whether mascotsystems likes it or not. Hence, I will use, distribute,
> transmit, print, copy and disseminate the information contained in that email.
The Disclaimer says:
If you are not the intended recipient, an agent of the intended recipient or
a person responsible for delivering the information to the named recipient,
you are notified that any use, distribution, transmission, printing, copying
or dissemination of this information in any way or in any manner is strictly
prohibited. </disclaimer>
So, the recipient has full right to do whatever he wants with the
message. This is only in case if you're not the intended recipient -
meaning that if you are reading someone else(the recipient)'s mail,
you have no right over the message. It is almost like a copyright,
where the organization is giving rights *only* to the recipient.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
