Don't top-post.

Your IMAP server shouldn't care who's delivering mails to your mailbox,
so long as the server can read the mails when a client tries to retrieve
them. Neither should your SMTP server what the local delivery agent is.

Since Cyrus IMAP has its own format of mail storage, you need a filtering
MDA that can understand that format. The Cyrus project provides you with
one - called Sieve.

Courier IMAP uses Maildir format. So, any maildir-aware MDA can co-exist
with courier. Either procmail, or maildrop from the full courier suite.

UW IMAP reads mbox. So, use procmail.
