It would be a sign of gross incompetence and stupidity on the admin's part,
were linuxconf to be used in an environment with more than zero users, let
alone a thousand.
There are places (like where I work) where people manage servers for over 30
million webmail users. A lot of those servers are redhat. The first thing
that I or my colleagues do when we bring up one of those servers is to erase
linuxconf even if it got installed by chance.
