Yeah, I was an Excell Media customer, for what its worth.
Connectivity was through VSNL and a backup satellite feed - and VSNL's
routing policies suck rocks, so that connectivity was often far better on a
dialup.
Anyway they gave you a static IP and were pretty responsive - which I liked.
