My company has 1Mbps each from both VSNL and STPI. While STPI has given
us a /27, VSNL has us on still a /28.

/24 is a pipe dream. :-( I think with VSNL, you need to take 2 Mbps to
get a /27.

That's sometimes true too, isn't it? My own MRTG graphs show incoming
traffic many times higher than outgoing.
