Kindly tell me if this can be possible with ftp.

FTP Account1: /home/ftp1
FTP Account2: /home/ftp1/ftp2
FTP Account3: /home/ftp1/ftp3

The ftp Account1 should be able to access the folders ftp2 and ftp3.
I use proftp. I tried configuring but When ftp1 logs in, its not able to access the 
sub folders ftp2
and ftp3, though ftp1,ftp2 and ftp3 belongs to same group.
