i am trying to migrate to debian 3.0 from mandrake 8.2. but after a troubled installation, X isn't starting. the server keeps slumping back to console and exiting with "no screens found". what does this mean? i even tried to use my previous XF86Config-4, which i saved from the mandrake installation. but that has changed nothing. what can i do about this?
also, is there any way to install woody on pre-existing xfs partitions? - t. -- cogito, ergo es. ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ linux-india-help mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-india-help
