The binary distribution is not RPM or any other
package, it's only a single gzipped executable. Ungzip
it with command gunzip gpgp.gz and run: ./gpgp. For
convenience you may want to move this executable file
to /usr/local/bin or wherever you keep stray binaries.
Following releases will be packaged properly, this is
just a quick hack to allow people to try GnomePGP
without tedious compilation. Many people don't even
have GNOME development libraries installed...
definitely, binary releases must be provided nowadays
(may the NetBSD crowd forgive me :) 

so just Ungzip it!  gunzip gpgp.gz
