The binary distribution is not RPM or any other package, it's only a single gzipped executable. Ungzip it with command gunzip gpgp.gz and run: ./gpgp. For convenience you may want to move this executable file to /usr/local/bin or wherever you keep stray binaries. Following releases will be packaged properly, this is just a quick hack to allow people to try GnomePGP without tedious compilation.
