Yes, They maintaines users in LDAP. Since we have no idea about OpenLDAP with 
sendmail/postfix , is there any link which can help and Can in OpenLDAP we 
transfer the same users with there same passwords ??

Is that  FEATURE(`relay_based_on_MX') in sendmail.mc ?

Yeah , i have worked with postfix in my previous co, Thats very small and 
Plain English written config file. That would be easy.:)
