I have seen this happen on our mailman installation as well ... the
problem is that when the a message is posted to more than one list,
mailman somehow manages to send it on all lists, as well as
combinations ... you will notice that one copy of the message had
"[LIG][LIH]" in its subject line.

So if the mail was addressed to n lists, in all n + nC2 + nC3 ...
copies of the message get posted. I know because one message that I
addressed to 3 mailing lists on our server got posted in 7 different
ways! I thought it was a config error, but now it seems to be a
problem with mailman.
