Hello everybody, Today I was trying to use Emacs for the first time. I was writing a C program. From my Vim experience, I thought the code will be color highlighted automatically. But that was not to be. Searching through the docs I found that I need to put the following line in my .emacs file: ------------------- (global-font-lock-mode t) (setq font-lock-maximum-decoration t) ------------------- Did that, but still nothing happens.
