I suggest you start with the Emacs tutorial.  Type C-h t to enter the
tutorial.  Emacs comes with translations of the tutorial into several
languages--no Indian languages yet, but we would accept them.

After that, people are read for the Emacs Manual, which is free
(libre) and comes with Emacs.  I hope that FSF India will print and
sell copies of this book in India.

There are non-free books about Emacs, but please don't buy or
recommend them.  We can't expect much progress towards free
documentation if we accept and reward non-free manuals.
