[LIH]Off topic(VC++) : urgent

Hi
I am a programmer in VC++.Currently I have to design a software which identifies only encrypted or password protected application files such as office documents,zip files etc. Since each application follows unique encryption strategy, is there any common method to identify such files.Pls help.
