Hi, I have setup cvs repository for my project. My requirements include multiple developers with a directory to each of them with write permission and read permissions to directories of other developers.
I setup cvs using, cvs init Now, as per CVS manual, in order to check out code from cvs repository, the developer shud have write permission to that directory. But this write permission given to the user in order to check out the code ( by setting group write perm) can prove to be problemmatic, as the user can commit files of any other developer. How this prob can be solved ? Can a user check out the code, without the write permission to the cvs base ?
