On the comp with two interfaces, you run: echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward modprobe ipchains ipchains -I forward --src <IP of second comp> -j MASQ Set the default gateway of the other comp to this one's eth1. Thats it. Of course there are other ways to do it. You can edit your /etc/sysctl.conf instead of the first step, and use iptables or iproute2 for the remainder.
