Thanx for the help jtm..

Now this one is just a minor query. I have mounted my new partition has ext2 and my
old linux partition is ext3. What exactly is the diff? Can i convert from one to the
other? And i increased the ram to 320mb from 256mb. Now will this cause a performance
problem? My laptop seems awfully slow from my last linux boot. Should i change my swap
settings or something.

Sys Config
Celeron 600
320mb Ram
Swap Space is 256mb
Two Linux partitions one ext2 on /dev/hda6 and ext3 /dev/hda7 which is my root and
boot partitions
Running system info from the gnome menu says i have 50% of my memory free and 0% swap
space used.
Gnome is my GUI session, with Sawfish

Thanx again

Dhiraj
