[LIH]removing a tar-format package

Hi,

As always I am posting a very silly question. Sorry for that !
I have installed a package which is distributed in a tar format.
Now I can't find a way of uninstalling it. I have installed it using
the usual ./configure; make all; make install; way.

Help needed.
