There are several ways to wipe out. Connect it to another linux/unix machine as secondary disk, use fdisk to delete partitions on that disk.just tell me how do i wipe out and start fresh. i am stuck at that this point itself. every time it sees a swap partition and then installs something and then says, automatic partitioning cannot be done and i cant even create them manually. it was giving some checksum error. i am sure, once i wipe it out, i can probably attempt it successfully.
Or make dos(or linux) bootdisk , boot through it, use fidsk to delete all partitions this HDD.
Cheers. Mahantesh.
