i am always confused about distros. i was using redhat only and now i plan to use debain. now you have mentinoed freebsd.. is there an extensive study and comparison about the various distros ? it would certainly be handy and informative after all we can get to hear the pros and cons of each distro from user in his personal taste. in fact, how widely is freebsd used ? is it prefered over linux or the other way round ?
