There are no themes for RH-8 per se. Themes at themes.org are
for different WMs. You need to be specific about which one you
download. There is no generic instructions available for theme
installation, and for each WM, it will vary. The documentation
at themes.org clearly state that it is up to your
experimentation as to how you can put them to use.

Recently, I installed icewm. Went and downloaded a theme called
deepsaturated (for icewm). I untarred it under my home direct-
ory (tar -xzvf deepsaturated-bla.bla.tar.gz), and to my sur-
prise it had only one directory called moja with several xpm
files and other such stuff. I checked on my box that themes for
icewm, were located at /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/icewm/themes. All I
did was to copy the whole directory (under root privileges)
there. Yes, moja did come up in the themes link under icewm,
and now I am using it for the last few days.

This is just to exemplify the philosophy of experimentation.
For other WMs the method would be similar, but paths would
vary. It is important that you download a theme specifically
built for your WM.
