Hi all, I was trying to install Redhat 8.0 on my Celeron 400 Mhz system. The installation does not go past the stage where it does a partition check. I tried the PCQ Linux distribution as well, but came up with the same show-stopper.
This is how the section where the failure occurs looks like Partition check: hda: Can anyone help me out here? I have a 10GB Seagate which was running Win2K before this. Also, I did an fdisk to remove the NTFS partition and tried again with the hard-disk having 100% free space, but it was of no use.
