I have installed Debian and RH on /dev/hda

/dev/hda1 / Debian reiserfs
/dev/hda2 / RH ext3
/dev/hda3 /home reiserfs
/dev/hda4 /usr/local/src reiserfs
/dev/hda5 /work reiserfs

Both the distros have the same user accounts. When I boot up RH, I cannot
create any new files in /home/user1. I can create new files as root user
only.

On RH /etc/fstab, I have the following entry:

/dev/hda3 /home reiserfs rw 1 2

The reiserfs module is loaded during bootup.

How can I read/write from the reiserfs file systems on /dev/hda?
