The 203.90.66.90 server - ASP-FE-02.infinetmessaging.com - supports AUTH GSSAPI, NTLM and (more convenient for you) LOGIN, and is an IIS server.
Is this your smtp smarthost?
That is the one causing the error.
Looks like if you are authenticating to it, your authentication is failing for some reason. Check your logs. See if you have the cyrus sasl login package (plain and login sasl modules come as two separate rpms, other than the default sasl rpm, in redhat / mandrake)
