That is a feature for most ISP's SMTP servers. They do not relay for other doamins to stop spam. So, your domain is dineshmills.com for which your ISP will relay mail but not from any other domain. The user has set the account information in the client to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Instead change it to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and set the return mail address to [EMAIL PROTECTED] That should solve your problem.
Please read that bounce again - he is trying to send mail TO [EMAIL PROTECTED] - not from [EMAIL PROTECTED]
