Well, if an IDE does not give you some ability, hand write makefiles.. always 
works on linux/BSD..or GNU toolchain to be precise..:-)

FYI, kdevelop3.x has an automake manager which allows to add multiple targets 
in a directory and/or multiple directories.. of course if you care to read 
info:/automake, you can do that by hand as well in kdevelp2.x as well. That's 
what I used to do..
