The kernel version is 2.4.20-8. If I compile the kernel version 2.4.21 (which I got from Linux Magasine) with the same options everything works fine but the gaming i.e. I cannot even start Quake3. If I use Mandrake 9.1 on the same machine, I get the same problem! What is the difference between the RH kernel and the kernel available for download? Is there any ??Patch?? that is available, or Is there any solution?
