without cdrom and floppy.. it seems you've got either pretty old systems or 
organization has strict rules. you can think of network booting linux from 
the server using LTSP or else if you are interested in installing on to each 
machine you should atleast have a floppy drive through which you could load 
the kernel with LAN modules and the installer.
