Hi,
Thru' linuxconf I have eth0:1 an external address just for heck of
testing. This address did not belong to me. I completely forgot about
it.
Now when I opened linuxconf I do not find that eth0:1 entry anywhere,
but ifconfig shows it. How to remove it "permanently"? I can do it with
ifconfig eth0:1 down, but I want a permanent solution. I have Mdk. 9.1.

Thanks a lot and bye.
With warm regards,
-Payal
