But then how come PCQuest distributes the Linux CDs based on RedHat distributions. They label is as PCQuest Linux and modify the contents also. However, they do acknowledge in the CDs that it is based on RH dist. Is it still trademark violation?
That is just what redhat tells you to do.
Either distribute it as unaltered redhat, or completely modify it and remove all references to redhat, don't call it redhat.
